Reupholstery, Repair & Refurbishment

We undertake reupholstery, repair & refurbishment of auditorium, lecture theatre and retractable seats. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to fabricate & supply components for the required works. These include foam parts, cutting & sewing of fabric covers and wood/metal components. Our network of contacts with major seat manufacturers also enables us to source for and supply product specific components.  We work with reliable sources for high quality materials that comply with your specifications. Our upholstery materials comply with BS5852 Ignition Source 0, 1 & 5 as well as other fire specifications such as CAL 117.

Retractable Seating Systems

Our technicians are skilled in all aspects of retractable seating systems, including motorized and electrical components. Our experience & familiarity with various seat systems in the market will help you keep your system in good order and repair. We have undertaken numerous jobs to replace roller wheels, diagnose technical problems, maintain complete systems (including checking for loose/damaged parts, re-alignment adjustments & greasing of moving parts) as well as dismantling & disposal of entire systems.

Cleaning, Dismantling & Removal

Regular cleaning and disinfection enhances audience enjoyment in a healthy and safe environment. We provide on-site cleaning & disinfection services  for auditorium interiors, including seats, carpets and curtains. We also provide dismantling, relocation or disposal services. Where dismantled seats are to be reinstalled, we ensure the proper installation & functioning of the seats.

We provide full project management, including liaising with the factory, delivery to site, unpacking, installation & project handover. Where batch testing is required, we work closely with TUV-SUD-PSB to conduct test sampling, delivery & setting up of the test samples and disposal thereafter. Our knowledge & expertise in the area of compliance to fire regulations and batch testing are often tapped by our clients to ensure that critical regulatory requirements are met.
